- Full and partial order cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note, a 10% charge applies to cancellations.
Changes that are not possible:
- Changes to billing addresses.
- The currency the order was placed in.

Will I be charged taxes & duties?

The amount of the fees, and the threshold for importing without fees, differs between countries– for example, the minimum import tax threshold (ie. no taxes are charged for orders less than this amount) for USA is $800USD, for Australia is $1000AUD, for the UK is £135 and for the EU is €150. However, please note that the ultimate decision regarding minimum order thresholds is up to the customs officers at the time of import.

Can I Return My Order?
If you would like to return your full or part, this is possible if you (1) Contact Fude Beauty within 1 month of receiving your order (2) The brushes will need to be in their new, unopened state.
Customers returning their orders will be required to cover the shipping costs and will receive a refund once the brushes are received by Fude Beauty.
